Don’t like the staff. A white man was in front of me. She took his order soon as I stepped up she said can I get somebody to take your order? I’m very busy right now. I’ve experienced had a bad experience with this place on more than one occasion is unacceptable. I would rather go to Jean splendid ice cream.

Visited Morelli's after reading a Fox News review claiming that Morelli's was among the top five ice cream vendors in the U.S. Fair disclosure: we only ordered the Black Forest Malt (chocolate, malt, & cherries) which we had seen advertised in Morelli's online menu, so cannot speak of any of Morelli's ice creams. Things to know before you go: (1), each of Atlanta's three Morelli's has a different menu, and one (we did not discover which) has a wider selection than the others; (2), although not crowded on an early Monday afternoon, there was only one server, so you may expect to wait quite awhile. Otherwise, the server was very pleasant, and although the Black Forest was not on the menu, she tried her best with the ingredients she had on hand (including real whipped cream), and candidly admitted up front that she might not be able to replicate the taste. Bottom line: our chocolate malts were fine (although I am a malt addict & should've asked for more), but indeed they were no more than chocolate malts; a Black Forest CM requires cherries more tart than maraschinos. Several years ago me and my two children decided to go to about 15 milkshake stores to find the best milkshake. We called it Milkshake Monday's. During that summer we went to Morelli's. The result, they make the best milkshakes in the entire Atlanta metro. Plus, they do a great job selecting and training the young people who serve the shakes.

It was around 9 pm and I noticed that there was a line, so I knew that I wasn't going to be disappointed. This was my first time trying this delicious ice cream! I decided on the Guava Cheesecake and Strawberry on a freshly made waffle cone! I can't wait to go back and try some other unique flavors!

Absolutely amazing ice cream - flavors change daily which is so fun and they even have dairy free options. We got small cones with Strawberry and Ginger Lavender ice cream and both were delicious. Probably the best strawberry ice cream I've ever had to be honest
